Sarah Rexon
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

Sarah
Rexon

I have over 15 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services, including crisis and acute care, with additional experience supporting neurodiverse individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed or in recurring cycles in relationships, work or in how they experience themselves. This might show up as anxiety, low mood, difficulties in relationships or a sense that things are not shifting despite effort.

The work is slower and more considered and often focuses on what is repeated, avoided or what is difficult to say.

I offer longer term psychoanalytic psychotherapy for people who want to understand what is going on beneath that.

I am a psychoanalyst in training at the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis.

I am also a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber. I currently work within NHS mental health services, specialising in crisis and access pathways and I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I also work in different settings offering assessments for neurodiverse individuals.

I offer ongoing therapy once or twice a week.

I work on a sliding scale fee based on your affordability.

I hold a small number of low-fee spaces and also work with the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis low-fee clinic.
